Myron Watry

Myron "Mike" Watry, 88, of Elmhurst, died peacefully surrounded by his family. He was an Army veteran of World War II and worked 30 years with First National Bank of Chicago.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary Marjorie; his daughters, Mary Margaret, Susanne, Joanne, Virginia and Kathleen; his 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. 

Mr. Watry was a devout Catholic, who had a special devotion to St. Joseph, patron saint of fathers. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at Mary Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 426 N. West Ave., Elmhurst.

Dolores Pagel

A memorial Mass will be held for Dolores Marie Pagel at 10:45 a.m. Saturday, June 15, at Visitation Catholic Church, 779 S. York St., Elmhurst.

Mrs. Pagel was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest. She is survived by her children, Cynthia, Chris, Craig, Julie and Paul; her 12 grandchildren; and her two great-grandchildren.

Barbara Walsh

Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 16, for Barbara Jasper Walsh (nee Barth) at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 S. York Road, Elmhurst. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, June 17, at Visitation Catholic Church, 779 S. York Road, Elmhurst.

Mrs. Walsh was the beloved wife of the late John V. Walsh and the late John Jasper; and her children, baby John V. Jr. and Margaret.

She is survived by her 11 children, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
