James R. Bakas, 83, of Elmhurst, has died. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed taking his family on fishing trips in Canada and Wisconsin.
A memorial gathering and Mass will be held at 9:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, at Visitation Church, 779 S. York St. Interment is private.
