Death Notice: Doreen Nelson, Former District 205 Teacher
A memorial service will be held Saturday at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church.
Doreen J. Nelson (nee Soukup), a former teacher at Conrad Fischer, Hawthorne, Jackson and Edison schools in Elmhurst District 205, died July 25.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert. She is survived by her sons, Ronald and Kenneth, and her three grandchildren.
She enjoyed membership in the Elmhurst Evening Women's Club and Elmhurst Panhellenic, among other activities.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at Elmhurst Presbyterian Church, 367 Spring Road.
