Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® recognizes Diane M. Karpman as a Certified Negotiation Consultant

Elmhurst, IL – Diane M. Karpman of Koenig & Strey’s Elmhurst office knows that her clients value the services of a real estate agent who is a skilled negotiator. Accordingly, Diane took the initiative to complete a Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC) training program. Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® offers the CNC training, which is presented by a real estate negotiating expert. The training allowed Diane to hone her real estate negotiation skills, and Mainstreet recently recognized her as a CNC. Fewer than 1000 real estate agents in Illinois have completed the CNC training.

Diane has more than 20 years of experience in everything from new construction to resale. Currently, she specializes in residential, commercial, and senior real estate throughout the western suburban market. In 2012, Diane won a Silver Production Award and the Most Units Award for an individual in the Elmhurst office.  Diane is also a member of The National Association of REALTORS®.
