Memorial Day Puts the Military on Parade in Elmhurst

Who's in the parade this year? Here is the list of participants helping us to remember that freedom isn't free.

Monday, May 27, will be a day to honor the men and women of our nation’s armed forces during Elmhurst's 95th annual Memorial Day Parade and post-parade military ceremony.

“Memorial Day reminds us that the freedoms we so often take for granted were purchased through the sacrifices of brave men and women throughout America’s history,” said Elmhurst Chamber President John Quigley, Parade Committee co-chairman since 1999.
