Last Call for Tickets to Elmhurst Heritage Foundation Gala

Janet Davies will emcee the event this Saturday at Drury Lane.

Elmhurst Heritage Foundation invites the community to be a part of history in the making by attending a gala to support its Visionary Voices Campaign at 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, at Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace.

The evening will include appetizers, dinner, open bar, musical entertainment by Jazz Couture, plus live and silent auctions. ABC Channel 7’s Janet Davies will serve as the celebrity emcee for the evening, and the Foundation will present the Alben F. “Pete” Bates service award.

Tickets are $125 and may be purchased online at www.elmhurstheritagefoundation.org or by calling the Elmhurst Historical Museum at (630) 833-1457.

The Visionary Voices campaign raises funds to create a new History of Elmhurst exhibit for the historical museum. The new exhibit will provide a multi-generational learning experience for museum visitors featuring the latest technologies and interactive elements. The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation recently surpassed the halfway mark toward its $250,000 goal.
