The City of Elmhurst and the Chamber of Commerce will join real estate developer Smith Capital Management, Inc., in a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of a five-business strip mall on the former site of Amling's Flowers.
The tenants are Verizon Wireless, Potbelly Sandwiches, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Smashburger and Total Hockey.
