The One Small Voice Foundation raises funds and awareness of hydrocephalus and optic nerve hypoplasia. All proceeds from the 5K race will benefit hydrocephalus research at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
The 5k, which will be held just north of York and Vallette Streets at the Old Train Depot, will begin at 8 a.m., with awards presented at 8:45 a.m. A Kids Dash will be held at 9 a.m., and a 5k Family Fun Walk will be held at 9:30. Parking is available at the Knights of Columbus Hall, just north of Vallette on York.
