Illinois Carry Conceal Firearms Classes

The instructors at Firearm Safety Training are all NRA Certified Instructors and ready to qualify you to obtain your Illinois Conceal Carry license.  As you probably know, a couple of months ago, Illinois became the last state to authorize a Conceal Carry law.
So, if the law is passed, then why can't anyone begin to receive instructions or certification?  The reason for this is because the state has until January 2014 to make the applications available to the general public.
