York High School Drama presents "Comedy of Errors"

Comedy Tonight!
That’s the focus of the seventh annual York Winter Drama Festival.  This year, York Drama presents two of the
funniest plays ever written, Shakespeare’s Comedy
of Errors
and Stephen Sondheim’s Tony Award winning musical A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the
Forum.
  Though written four hundred
years apart, the two plays share the same core.
They are both based on the slapstick plots of Roman Comedy: separated
twins, mistaken identities, and the comedy routines that inspired great clowns
from Abbott & Costello to Will Ferrell.

Join York
Drama for Comedy of Errors, Thursday
February 6th or Saturday February 8th at 7:30 p.m., and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the
Forum
, Friday February 7th at 7:30 p.m. or Sunday February 9th
at 2:00 p.m.  Just for laughs.  Adult tickets are $9.00 and student tickets
are $7.00.  Reserved seating tickets are
available at the Baker Auditorium box office on performance dates.
