VNA Health Care hosts free enrollment and information event for Health Insurance Marketplace & Medicaid at Addison Public Library

VNA Health Care will host an information and enrollment session on the Affordable Care Act, Health Insurance Marketplace, and Medicaid at Addison Public Library.

To begin the enrollment process, individuals must bring:
Social security numbers for all family members
2013 tax return (or 2012 return if 2013 not available)
Employer and income information for every member of your household who needs coverage
Permanent resident card for all family members (even if you have not lived in the U.S. for five years you can still purchase insurance through the Marketplace and you may be eligible for discounts and/or tax savings. Non-citizens who do no qualify are able to apply for family members who may be eligible.
