Tai Chi for Beginners
Experience the benefits of Tai Chi for reduced stress, improved circulation, balance, strength and flexibility. Join us for an Open House and Introduction to Taoist Tai Chi on Saturday, April 26th at 9am or Monday, April 28th at 6:30pm. Duration of each session is 90 minutes.
