Grace Cafe at First United Methodist Church

On Monday,
September 9, First Church will take part in Grace Café -- the community
ecumenical mission sponsored by 11 Elmhurst churches -- by hosting a dinner
from 5:00-6:30 p.m. for those in need or alone. 
Now in its third year, Grace Café guests averaged 50 attendees in
2012-13, an increase of 35% from the previous year.  Dinners are scheduled for 16 dates in 2013-14
and First Church will serve as host site on September 9 and January 13.  Volunteers
are needed to donate food, serve, and clean up for the September dinner and may
