Mathnasium coming soon in Elmhurst!

My name is Max Sennett and I will be opening a Mathnasium in Elmhurst. My Mathnasium is currently under construction and is planned to be open this year. I am located at 275 N. York Rd., Suite 100 (about 1/4 block south of Hamburger Heaven at North and York Rd.).

Is your child being left behind in math? Perhaps you want your child to have more math enrichment, or to be in REACH?

Please see the videos below for more information on Mathnasium:

Children don't hate math. They do hate being confused and intimidated by math. With understanding comes passion, and with passion comes growth - a treasure is unlocked. The key to understanding math is Number Sense. Number Sense does not develop by accident. It is the result of a process of encounter and interaction with a specific set of concepts and skills presented in a way that makes sense to the learner. Mathnasium builds number sense, and with it a deep understanding and lifelong love of mathematics.  Whether you require help to build the foundations or to get ahead and be challenged, Mathnasium is your answer to math understanding!     Mathnasium is a learning center where students in grades 1 through 12 can go after school to boost their math skills. We are highly specialized; we only teach math. Our goal is to significantly increase your child's math skills, understanding of math concepts, and overall school performance. We teach math that makes sense to kids.

Also, I wrote to the high schools asking if they can recommend any AP math students that are entertaining the idea of becoming a math teacher after they graduate from college. I would like to provide these 'future math teachers' with valuable and exciting hands-on exposure to the teaching profession by offering them jobs as Teaching Aides to work alongside my teachers. If you know of any parents that have these type of students, please pass this information on to them.
