Life in Balance is designed to
create awareness of your life energy, as you learn techniques to bring balance
and clarity into daily practice while detaching from stressful life
situations.  A short presentation along
with gentle breathing and stretching exercises will be included.  Teaching and allowing your body and mind to relax
can create a new level of understanding for a “Life in Balance.”

This class is open to
everyone.  This is a special no-fee
offering but a donation of $5 to the Elmhurst Park District’s Recreation
Assistance Fund, which provides aid for residents faced
with financial hardship so that they can participate in recreational programs,
is suggested.  Make a difference for
others while doing something good for yourself this holiday season!  For more information, contact Courts Plus at
(630) 833-5064.
