Benefit Organ Concert for South Sudan
Mary Gifford to Give Organ Concert to Benefit South Sudan
The Episcopal Church of Our Saviour will host the Fifth Annual Music for South Sudan Concert on Saturday, October 12 at 7 PM. The concert will feature the accomplished Chicago area organist Mary Gifford playing works by Peloquin, Bach, Capocci, Pachelel, Lang and Karg-Elert. The Church will welcome The Right Reverend Josoph Garang Atem, Bishop of the Diocese of Renk, South Sudan, to the concert. The evening is planned to raise awareness and money for South Sudan. It is free to the public. There will be a reception and free will offering following the concert.
