Courts Plus Takes Group Fitness Classes to New Level

ELMHURST, Ill. – Get ready to amp up your fitness routine with new classes and a brand new exercise studio at Courts Plus.  Opened in January, the studio was launched in an effort to bring both members and non-members a brand new fitness experience with personalized attention and challenging new class formats.

Each class that takes place in the new space allows a maximum of 15 participants to ensure a more effective workout through personalized interaction with the instructor, which will guarantee proper form and technique.

Brand-new classes in the facility include INSANITY, a total-body conditioning program that employs interval training; KettleworX, a full-body workout that concentrates on the three core areas of cardio, core and resistance; and BODYPUMP Small Group training, a more intimate version of the popular barbell workout.

With faux brick, exposed ceilings and a fresh industrial look, the studio's design was created to motivate members in an edgy new environment.

Additionally, outside the new studio, BodyPump and BodyCombat 75-minute challenges will be offered throughout the year to put participants through a rigorous routine.  AquaZumba, new to the pool area, gives members the opportunity to partake in all the fun and cardio-conditioning benefits of Zumba in a low-impact format.
