Berens Playground Featured in 'Landscape Architect'
The playground's 2012 redesign led by EPD park planners.
Berens Park's west playground was selected from a group of submissions to be featured in the March 2013 issue of the Landscape Architect & Specifier News.
The Berens Park west playground 2012 redesign, spearheaded by Landscape Architect and Park Planner Jerry Pask and Assistant Park Planner Colleen McCarty, features up-to-date technology and play features, and is compliant with new playground safety standards and Americans with Disabilities Act accessibility guidelines.
Some of the playground’s features include an elevated walkway, Weevos structure, and a dragonfly seesaw. For more information, visit Landscape Architect online.
