@properties Welcomes Naperville and West Suburban Real Estate Broker Rita Kula

Chicago real estate company @properties announced that Rita Kula has recently joined the firm as a broker associate in its Elmhurst office.

Kula, 60, comes to @properties from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where she was a broker associate.  She has more than 10 years of residential real estate experience, closing more than 100 transactions and $50 million in sales volume.

In addition to an M.S. in Human Resource Management, Kula is a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Staging Professional and Relocation Certified.

Kula grew up in Chicago and has resided in western suburbs with her husband and two children for the past 25 years.
