Chicago real estate company @properties announced that Vanessa Rankins has recently joined the firm as a broker in its Elmhurst office.
Rankins, 54, comes to @properties from Weichert Realtors Goodchild Homes where she was a real estate broker and transaction manager. She has more than 14 years of residential real estate experience, specializing in first time home buyers, move up buyers and novice investors in the western suburbs.
“By joining @properties, the industry leader in technology and marketing, my clients will have access to the services they deserve and exposure to the proper audience. @properties will also provide a great platform to grow my real estate business exponentially,” said Rankins.
In addition to her career at @properties, Rankins serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Maywood Housing Authority and Vice Chairman of the Board for Heritage Community Services.
Rankins currently resides in Proviso Township with her husband Jerry.
