Chicago real estate company @properties announced that Jennie Stec has recently joined the firm as a broker associate in its Elmhurst office.
Stec comes to @properties from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group, where she was a broker associate. She has more than 10 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, specializing in Elmhurst and the Chicagoland area.
“I decided to join the @properties team because they share my philosophy of service. The client’s wants and needs must be met before I can say my job is complete,” said Stec.

Stec is a partner in the Maranda Real Estate Group, which is ranked among the top 1% of REALTORS in Illinois. The team has earned several real estate sales awards, including the Platinum Production Award from their former company in 2011, 2012, 2013.
Stec has a bachelor’s degree in communications. She currently resides in Elmhurst with her husband, Richard, and two sons, Sam, 17, and Michael, 10.
