How did the business come to be?
After selling a prior landscape company in 2006, named KT Mowing, Teichen found he missed working outside and doing landscaping and lawn maintenance. He said he especially missed the response and reaction from clients whose projects came to life once they were completed. “Making customers happy is the best feeling ever.”
KT Mowing was sold in 2006 and was re-established in 2013 under the name Lawn and Snow Enforcement, Inc.

I chose Elmhurst and the DuPage County areas because I have lived in Elmhurst my whole life, 31 years, and I love the people of Elmhurst. Elmhurst is a great community and I look forward to giving guaranteed quality services, at low prices.
What does your business offer?
Lawn and Snow Enforcement offers a variety of services to residential and commercial customers. Services offered include, but are not limited to: lawn maintenance, fertilizing, aeration, seeding, landscape design and installation, spring/fall cleanups, stump removal, bush removal, and any other maintenance or landscape projects requested by any customer can and will be accommodated.
We also offer complete snow and ice management for residential and commercial customers at excellent prices.

The business is owned and operated by Kevin Teichen, and his fiancé Michelle Daniels. Kevin has over 16 years of landscaping experience and business management. Lawn and Snow Enforcement, Inc., guarantees 100 percent customer satisfaction and also guarantees to beat almost any written estimate.
