Come join the fun from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 15, at Spring Road Day!
Walk, bike or drive on over to Wild Meadows Trace (at the Prairie Path at Spring Road) for a family friendly, fun-filled afternoon organized and run by the Spring Road Business Association. This annual event combines many forms of entertainment for youngsters, adults and all those in between.
There will be pony rides and a small animal petting zoo for the youngsters, as well as a Moon Jump from A Moon Jump 4 U, where they can romp and stomp to their hearts delight. Enjoy the fun of balloon/face painting artist Rudi Kazoodie. PLUS, a visit from the Elmhurst Fire and Police Departments lets kids of all ages get a chance to ring the fire truck bells and whistles or sit in the front or back seat of the police car.
Live music will fill the air. Spring Road Day will feature a performance by Paul & Mary McCue, local Elmhurst artists.
All afternoon there will be hot dogs, pizza and drinks for your enjoyment from The Silverado Grill and Roberto's. The prices will be right and the Spring Road Business Association appreciates your patronage.
