Special Kids Carnival Day

The Elmhurst Jaycee’s Carnival will be open exclusively for special needs children and their families free of charge.  Carnival will be located on Park Avenue between Prospect and Myrtle in Elmhurst.  For more information, please check our website, www.specialkidsday.org.
