Elmhurst Art Museum’s 15th Annual Art in the Park: A Juried Show of Fine Art, Craft, and Design will take place Saturday, April 30 and Sunday, May 1, 2011, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the grounds of Elmhurst Art Museum and Wilder Park. The event is generously supported by Dr. David S. Pezan, MD, Board Certified Dermatologist.
Art in the Park is a wonderful weekend to find unique, artist created, handcrafted jewelry, ceramics, photography, sculpture, furniture, glass, fiber work, and paintings. Artists will be exhibiting works for sale all weekend-long. Enjoy live entertainment on stage and an assortment of food for sale by select vendors. Family activities will be available from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm each day, including Raku in the Park(ing Lot) with ceramic artist Ken Nance and other children’s activities.
