City Centre's BOO-tiful Saturday

Festivities Include Free Movie, Magic Show and Trick-or-Treating!

Join the goblins, witches, vampires and ghosts who venture out this year to celebrate Halloween and enjoy a free movie! The annual BOO-tiful Saturday Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 29th at the York Theatre, located at 150 N. York Street in Elmhurst, is being presented by the Elmhurst City Centre, and will feature a FREE screening of the movie Wallace & Gromit: Curse of the Were-Rabbit (G) beginning at 10:15 AM. Patrons are encouraged to come early for a magic show before the movie conducted by Bob James at 9:30 AM. And, after the movie, participate in the annual costume parade as the children delight in Trick-or-Treating at participating stores from 11:45 AM until 2 PM!

Wallace and his loyal dog, Gromit, set out to discover the mystery behind the garden sabotage that plagues their village and threatens the annual giant vegetable growing contest.
