The Eldridge Park Lagoon, 363 Commonwealth Lane in Elmhurst, is open for ice skating, according to a Friday press release from the Elmhurst Park District website.
"The green flag has been posted, signaling that conditions are ripe for skating. If ice thickness falls below 8 inches in any area the red flag will be posted, signaling the lagoon is closed," according to the press release.
