Hi Christine--Our Patch Roundup articles cover the entire west-suburban area, hence the prefix of "Patch Roundup." Much of our readership is very interested in major stories from towns nearby as well as news from their own town, so we put this together once a week on Saturday. If you prefer, you may avoid stories with the "Patch Roundup" prefix. In answer to your other question, this is an article that appeared on all west-Chicago suburban Patch sites, and your comment will as well.

Good point. My apologies. I've flipped the order of the stories and changed the punctuation. Hopefully it is clearer now. Thank you!!

After thinking about it, I decided there was no possible way I could put those two headlines together to avoid it being misconstrued, so I changed it up entirely. Thanks for pointing that out.

I live in Downers Grove, but I like to know what goes on all around the suburbs, considering that I have friends outside of Downers Grove, and that I grew up in Western Springs.
