30th Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot is Only Two Days Away!

Online registration is available until 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26. Here's everything you need to know.

The Dan Gibbons Turkey Trot, expected to draw around 10,000 runners to Elmhurst, is only two days away.

Here are a few important reminders:

The route has changed from last year. Please see the attached map. Drivers will be rerouted while the streets are closed, so please plan accordingly.

Friends and family still interested in online registration can do so at www.dangibbonsturkeytrot.com until 9 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26. Participants who register online will pay $30, a $5 savings compared to signup on race day.

Shuttle buses will run from 7 to 11:45 a.m. to and from the following locations:

  • York High School
  • Sandburg Middle School
  • US Bank at York and Vallette

Race day parking is available at the Elmhurst College parking lot on Alexander Boulevard, across from Langhorst Stadium.

Race day registration and checkin will be open from 6:30 to 8:55 a.m. at the registration tent in the parking lot at Park and Prospect, just north of the Elmhurst Public Library.
