Immaculate Conception Grade School McTeacher's Night

On the evening of Wednesday, January 22nd, the Immaculate Conception Grade School Parents’ Club hosted its 2nd annual “McTeacher’s Night” at the McDonald’s Restaurant in north Elmhurst.  With ICGS teachers and staff members manning the counter, the drive-thru, and selling cookies for tips, the restaurant remained packed from 5pm until 8pm.  Ronald McDonald made an appearance and several students even entertained the crowd by playing the piano.  The drive-thru and parking lot were backed up onto York Road for much of the three hour period.  A portion of sales during “McTeacher’s Night” went to the ICGS Parents’ Club.  The support for ICGS was incredible!  A special thank you to the teachers and staff of ICGS for making this event such a huge success and to Trisha Hall, owner of the north Elmhurst McDonald’s for her support and for opening her doors up to the ICGS community!

It was a great night! Ronald's appearance was courtesy of the North Elmhurst  McDonald's owner/operator, Trisha Hall.  For more information about events provided by the north Elmhurst McDonald's contact their  Community Relations Director, Julie.Travers@comcast.net.
