IC Catholic Prep Lacrosse Helps Out a Local Ronald McDonald House

The IC Catholic Prep Knights Lacrosse team scored big a couple of weeks ago by volunteering their help at the Ronald McDonald House near Chicago’s Loyola University Medical Center.  On Sunday, May 4, under the leadership of ICCP junior Evan Czyzycki, boys Lacrosse team coordinated an effort to assist with cleaning the outside grounds and setting up for the inaugural Family Day at the house.

While at the site, the ICCP Lacrosse team received a tour of the facilities and learned about the mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities – providing a “home away from home” for families whose children are undergoing critical and often lengthy medical treatments at Loyola and surrounding hospitals.

IC Catholic Prep is the oldest Catholic, coeducational college prep high school in DuPage County. Located in Elmhurst, ICCP is a regional high school that serves students from over forty communities in the western suburbs. For more information, please visit our website at www.iccatholicprep.org.
