EMH Foundation’s 10th Annual Autumn Affair set for September 6

The Elmhurst Memorial Hospital (EMH) Foundation’s 10th Annual Autumn Affair will be held on Saturday, September 6 at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, 120 E. Delaware Place in Chicago. 

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and silent auction, followed at 7 p.m. by dinner and live auction.  In addition, the Foundation’s “must attend” event will include special entertainment by The CoverGirls Violin Show and music by The Matt Reed Band.

A portion of the proceeds from the 2014 Autumn Affair will benefit the Neurosciences program at EMH.  The program’s multidisciplinary team of physicians specializes in conventional and complex diagnostic procedures, treatments and neurosurgical services, and is committed to providing the latest neurological advances and technology for its patients.
