Eat at Egg Harbor Wednesday, Help Stock Food Pantry

Dine locally at Egg Harbor for breakfast and lunch Wednesday, Jan. 15, and a percentage of sales will be donated to the People's Resource Center Food Pantry.

Residents looking for a bite to eat for breakfast and lunch can have their fill—and give back to the community.

Egg Harbor Cafe will participate in "Dine Away Hunger" Wednesday, Jan. 15 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Elmhurst location, at 140 Robert Palmer Drive, and sister stores in Wheaton, Downers Grove, Yorktown and Naperville, will donate 10 percent of their sales to the People's Resource Center (PRC) Food Pantry on Jan. 15.

Nearly 32,000 DuPage residents rely on PRC for help each year. With a team of over 1,500 volunteers, they offer nutritious food and other basic necessities like clothes and rent assistance for people facing tough times.
