DESCRIPTION:The 14th annual Elmhurst Memorial Golf Classic will take plac
 e on Monday\, June 4\, at the River Forest Country Club in Elmhurst. Pro
 ceeds from this year&rsquo\;s event will benefit programs and services p
 rovided at the new Elmhurst Memorial Addison Health Center\, which is sc
 heduled to open this summer. The 55\,000-&shy\;square-&shy\;foot\, three
 -&shy\;story medical building will include immediate care/occupational h
 ealth services\, physician office suites\, clinical laboratory services 
 and a full complement of radiology services.\nThe event includes lunch\,
  golf and an hors d&rsquo\;oeuvres reception following play at the River
  Forest Country Club.\nIn addition\, the day will include a raffle\, sil
 ent auction and golf prizes. All levels of golfers are welcome\, with a 
 scramble format as an option for all participants.\nIndividual spots are
  available for $450 per golfer and $1\,800 per foursome. A limited numbe
