Experience the benefits of reduced stress, improved circulation, balance, strength and flexibility with Taoist Tai Chi. Join us for an Open House and Introduction of Beginner classes. The Open Houses are on Monday, January 14 at 6:30pm and Saturday, Jan 19 at 9:00am. Classes meet weekly on Mondays from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, Tuesdays from 10am to 11am, Thursdays from 10am to 11am and Saturdays from 9am to 10:30am. First class is free.
