Kick off a sports-filled summer and join us in celebrating the one-year anniversary of the opening of the Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Main Campus at Sports Safety Sunday. Chicago Bears star, Matt Forte, will speak about the injury prevention and the importance of safety equipment and will then sign autographs.*
This event is FREE but registration is required and limited to the first 1,000 fans. To register call CareMatch at 331-221-CARE.
*Matt Forte will sign autographs till 3 p.m. and will only sign the photo that will be given to all attendees at the event. Due to the limited time, photographs with Forte will be prohibited.
