Onesti’s West Suburban Italian Festival (August 26-28, 2011) at Centennial Park on Lake Street at Route 53 in Addison. Approximately 20,000 festival goers each year enjoy beautiful European décor, delicious Italian foods from the area’s best Italian restaurants, and top-notch entertainment provided by famous Italian American singers and performers from around the nation. The entertainment schedule features acts rarely or never seen in this area, including appearances by Carnevale di Venezia, a colorful Venetian celebration, authentic bocce ball courts, and a special Italian Mass on Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
