 articipants will kick-off a weekly group workout at a different Elmhurst
  facility\, each hosting a new fitness experience. Whether it&rsquo\;s a
  hill and outdoor boot camp workout at Berens Park or an indoor experien
 ce at the New Dailey Method\, exercise has never been more innovative or
  motivational.\nThen\, energize your week and join one of Elmhurst Fleet
  Feet's running groups and work with trainers and enhance your cardio ro
 utine and help get in shape faster.\nElmhurst is bursting at the seams w
 ith fitness enthusiasts\, and KoK wants people to take advantage of all 
 Elmhurst has to offer when it comes to health and fitness.\nThe cost for
  the eight-week session is $125\, with all proceeds going directly to Ko
 K. The fee includes every Sunday workout no matter where it is held\, a 
 two a week Fleet Feet workout\, a T-shirt and numerous coupons and disco
 unts to many of our local gyms\, trainers\, shops and restaurants.\nSign
