All ages are encouraged to get fit and tour Elmhurst’s vast exercise options at the same time; Kick off for Kids’ Summer Fitness Tour starts Sunday, June 3, and ends Sunday, July 29, 2012. Sign up is going on now.

Every Sunday, participants will kick-off a two-day a week group workout. Every Sunday a different Elmhurst facility will be the designated exercise location – each hosting a new fitness experience. Whether it’s a hill and outdoor boot camp workout at Berens Park or an indoor experience at the New Dailey Method – a hot, new fitness craze - exercise has never been more innovative or motivational. Then, energize your week and join one of Elmhurst’s Fleet Feet's running groups and work with trainers and enhance your cardio routine.

Elmhurst is bursting at the seams with fitness enthusiasts, and KoK wants people to take advantage of all Elmhurst has to offer when it comes to health and fitness.

The cost for the eight-week session is $125, with all proceeds going directly to KoK. The fee includes every Sunday workout no matter where it is held, a one-day a week Fleet Feet workout, a t-shirt and numerous coupons and discounts to many of our local gyms, trainers, shops and restaurants.
