 lling all who are interested in building and boating! Your mission is to
  build a boat out of cardboard and duct tape at home that is capable of 
 being launched and paddled across Smalley Pool\, all while holding two p
 eople!\n&nbsp\;\nThe event will take place on Saturday\, July 14\, and a
 ges six and up are welcome to participate. Each age group will have the 
 opportunity to win different awards. Check-in starts at 8 a.m. and the f
 irst heat will begin at 9 a.m. There is a $12 boat fee for each boat ent
 ered.\nRegistration packets can be picked up at the Wagner Community Cen
 ter and East End or Smalley Pools.\nFor more information\, call the Wagn
