Team Elmhurst U10 Select Boys win against Schwaben National

Elmhurst dominated the pitch and won at home against Schwaben National. Early in the game, Will Heuer scored a goal off a fine cross from Sam Musial. Later, Musial was in a key position to score off a ball deflected by the Schwaben keeper. Andrew Czech scored two more goals giving Elmhurst the lead at the half. The team did not let up. In the second half, they continued to play with high intensity both on defense and offense, building their attack and executing several great passes and shots on goal. Elmhurst put two more in the opponents' net, including a penalty kick by Ryan Woolfe. Keepers Jacob Caffrey and Max Lutter only gave up one goal against a skilled Schwaben team. The final score was 6-1 with a well-deserved win for the U10 Select boys. Their record is 2-2-2 with four games remaining in the season.
