Walsh Reportedly Considering Run for Governor
After his loss to Tammy Duckworth in the Nov. 6 election, former U.S. Rep. Joe Walsh is open to a run for Illinois governor, the Huffington Post is reporting.
After spending $7 million on his campaign to keep his congressional seat in the 8th District and losing to challenger Tammy Duckworth, former Congressman Joe Walsh is reportedly keeping his options open for a potential run for Illinois governor in 2014, the Huffington Post is reporting.
Walsh also would consider, according to the Huffington Post, becoming a television pundit, and has said he wants to be part of a movement.
Walsh lost by more than 10 percentage points against Tammy Duckworth in the Nov. 6 election.

Anyone who insults a veteran, especially someone who never served, will NEVER get my vote for anything. There are some lines you don't cross, no matter how ugly a campaign gets, and he crossed it. That, and the fact that as a part of the settlement of his past due child support his wife had to agree to a public statement asserting that he was never a deadbeat dad, makes me ill. The man cares more about winning political office than being a decent human being.

That is seriously a JOKE. He is a terrible candidate and would never win in Illinois. Joe, take a break. You are out of touch with the voters and women in Illinois.
