Driving with a Suspended License
Rodolfo Maya, 34, 121 E. Fullerton, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red Geo Prism for disobeying a stop sign at North End and Van Auken at 11:25 p.m. Sept. 4. He was released on I-bond.
Ruth Elizondo, 47, 197 Addison, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her green Honda Civic at Second and York streets at 11:24 p.m. Sept. 5. She was released on I-bond.
Driving Without a License
Tristan Davis, 27, 4945 W. Lexington, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Nissan Sentra for no seat belt at North and Villa at 6:29 a.m. Aug. 31. He was released on bond.
Martin Valois, 27, 1126 N. Pulaski Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his tan Toyota Corolla for disobeying a traffic control device at Lake and West at 5:12 a.m. Sept. 5. He was released on bond.
