Timothy Christian 3-point Shooter Heads to Class 3A Finals

Timothy Christian basketball player Brittany Scheidt on Friday won the Illinois High School Association's 3-point shooting semifinals at Redbird Arena in Normal.
Brittany and four other contestants qualified for the Class 3A finals for Queen of the Hill honors, which will be held at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, March 2, before the IHSA championship game.
