Police Report Arrests for Prostitution, DUI and Drugs

Keeping a Place of Prostitution

Nikki Henning, 24, 2209 S. Ridgeway Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with keeping a place of prostitution at 6:59 p.m. Nov. 4. Police saw an ad for prostitution on a web site. The poster said she was located on North York Road in Elmhurst. Police called the number and reportedly spoke with Henning and met her at the Elmhurst location. She was released on bond.

Possession of Cannabis

Charles M. Watson, 19, 750 Eastland, Patrick Layton, 19, 640 Oaklawn and a 16-year-old girl were arrested and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at Maple Trail Woods at 9:14 p.m. Nov. 4. Layton also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. The 16-year-old was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco. They were released on bond.

David S. Gutierrez, 25, 2745 W. Winnemac, Chicago, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis after police pulled over his red Dodge for driving with high beam lights on at 12:20 a.m. Nov. 6. He was released on bond.

Aggravated DUI

Dominik R. Bazula, 30, 645 Highview, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI, aggravated assault, speeding, driving without insurance and failure to signal after police pulled over his silver Nissan Pathfinder at Industrial and York roads at 2:19 a.m. Nov. 3. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

DUI Arrests

Cassandra C. Carvajal, 27, 364 Hemlock Lane, West Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over her blue Buick Century for no rear registration plate light and improper turn at Grand and Church at 12:38 a.m. Nov. 5. She was released on I-bond.

Eduardo D. Jasso-Manjarrez, 25, 141 Michael Lane, Addison, was arrested for DUI, driving without a license and illegal transportation of open alcohol after police pulled over his white Kia Sophia for improper lane use at 12:39 a.m. Nov. 6 at Grand and Oaklawn. He was released on bond.

Christopher Liberti, 24, 1013 S. Spring Road, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his black Honda Accord for speeding at Butterfield and Spring roads at 1:04 a.m. Nov. 6. He was released on I-bond.

Jesus I. Valdovinos, 21, 5010 30th St., Cicero, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving with suspended registration, open alcohol and one headlight after police pulled over his black Lincoln LS for speeding at Interstate 290 between North Avenue and York Road at 1:20 a.m. Nov. 6. He was released on bond.

Ernesto Roman-Ramos, 25, 816 N. Lockwood, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license and possession of open alcohol after police found him sitting in his black Nissan Altima with the engine running on the 100 block of Pick Street at 2:35 a.m. Nov. 5. He as released on I-bond.
