Heidi A. Tate, 31, 1233 Hamilton Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over her silver Ford Focus for improper lane use at St. Charles and Route 83 at 1 a.m. Nov. 1. She was released on bond.
Jayme Peterson, 26, 6280 Trinity Drive Apt. 1A, Lisle, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over her blue Chevrolet Malibu for weaving on the 200 block of North Walnut at 1:15 a.m. Nov. 1. She was taken to the hospital and released on I-bond.
Melanie A. Magday, 24, 1017 David Drive, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over her black Kia Soul for speeding and improper lane use at York and North Avenue at 4:03 a.m. Nov. 1. She was released on bond.
A vehicle blocking the left turn lane at Arlington and St. Charles Road resulted in a road rage incident at 3:48 p.m. Nov. 1, police said. One driver blocked the lane so the offender could not pass. The offender eventually passed, and at the next stop light, both drivers got out of their vehicles. The offender said the other driver "approached him in an aggressive manner, so he punched him in the chin. No arrests were made.
Mark H. Banish, 60, 640 S. York Road Apt. 211, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol in public and disorderly conduct after police responded to a call for a suspicious person at the train station, 128 W. First St., at 7:22 a.m. Oct. 31. He was released on bond.
