Driving with a Revoked License

Melissa Temen, 34, 117 N. Lincoln, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over her red Ford Explorer at Route 83 and St. Charles at 8:36 p.m. Dec. 14. She was released on bond.

Driving With a Suspended License

Deseray Bobo, 25, 2485 W. Congress, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her black Pontiac Grand Prix for failure to signal at 400 W. Butterfield at 4:50 p.m. Dec. 11. She was released on bond.

Megan A. Murphy, 24, 953 Plum Grove Road Apt. 2A, Roselle, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her white Chevrolet Cavalier for a cracked windshield at Grand and Lake Street at 8:19 p.m. Dec. 11. She was released on I-bond.

Jonathan Player, 27, 1330 Cedarwood Drive Apt. 108, Crest Hill, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his red Pontiac Grand Am for expired registration at North Avenue and Route 83 at 5:45 a.m. Dec. 12. He was released on bond.

Patrick Garcia, 43, 1815 N. 74th Ave., Elmwood Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Saturn Aura at York and Grand at 8:07 a.m. Dec. 12. He was released on bond and his vehicle was towed for forfeiture.

Matthew Characa, 28, 316 Oak Meadow Drive, Wood Dale, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Hyundai Elantra for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Maple at 1:41 p.m. Dec. 12. He was released on bond.

Tomas Olicares, 37, 2321 S. Ridgeway Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Express for expired registration at Crestview and York at 1:27 a.m. Dec. 13. He was released on bond.

Damaris G. Soto, 25, 408 W. Green St., Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol after police pulled over her gold Dodge Intrepid for "suspicious activity" at York and Grand at 12:33 a.m. Dec. 14. A passenger, Juan Portalatin, 26, 2733 N. 76th Ave., Elmwood Park, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and resisting arrest. They both were released on bond.

Christina Delgado, 34, 3101 N. Normandy, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her red Dodge Intrepid for no registration at St. Charles and Poplar at 8:31 a.m. Dec. 19. She was released on I-bond.

Jasmine Patron, 22, of Chicago, was charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and no insurance after a traffic stop near Diversey and York around 2:30 a.m. on Dec. 24. A passenger, Arturo Vazquez, 23, of Chicago, was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Driving Without a License

Federico I. Tapia, 37, 1478 S. Brownstone Court Apt. 201, Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Dodge Avenger for improper use of registration at Route 83 and Elizabeth at 4:52 a.m. Dec. 13. He was released on bond.

Jesus Moreno, 23, 24 S. Addison Apt. 308, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Cadillac Deville for no rear plate light and improper turn at York and North at 11:52 p.m. Dec. 15. He was released on bond.

Jazziel Reyes, 21, 3324 W. 59th, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Honda Civic for one headlight at North and York at 9:17 p.m. Dec. 16. He was released on bond.

Leonel Chamorro, 37, 10355 Landel Apt. 2C, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over a white Ford for speeding at York and Interstate 290 at 9:33 a.m. Dec. 19. Chamorro was released on bond.

Richard Ockerlund, 60, 1536 Stoneridge Trail, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red Mercury for expired registration at York and Grantley at 12:51 p.m. Dec. 19. He was released on I-bond.

Nahun Mendona-Rivera, 23, 3938 W. Marquette, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after being involved in an accident with a 63-year-old Elmhurst resident at Niagara and Colfax at 9 a.m. Dec. 21. He was released on bond.
