Police said another intoxicated man "covered in mud and leaves" was found walking in the street at about 7 a.m.
Elmhurst police reported two arrests for public intoxication on Sunday, Aug. 5.

The poop dude got the whole prank wrong. It is supposed to be the Flaming Bag of Dog Poop Prank. The flaming bag of dog poop is one of the most masterful strategies ever laid out in prank warfare. The prank works as follows: scoop dog poop in a paper bag, set on arch-nemesis' porch, light the top of the bag on fire, ring the doorbell (or knock) and RUN to a pre-set hiding/viewing location. If all went as planned the victim will see the flaming bag and ball like "ahh fire!" followed by a quick stomping of the bag.
You don't poop on the porch and fall down, especially at 9:07 am in the morning! You are supposed to use the cover of night.
Karen, why don't they release this guy's name like they do everyone else? Seems biased and discriminatory against those whose names are released.
