Kids Hurt After Large Fight at Skate Park
Suspects had fled the scene before police arrived.
Police were called to York Commons Park, 665 S. York St., at 5:21 p.m. Sept. 9 after a large fight was reported at the skate park. When they arrived, police were told between eight and 20 teen-agers had fled the scene.
Two victims went to the police station to have their injuries photographed and provide a statement. Police said the injuries were superficial scrapes and bruises. Neither of the teens could identify the offenders, police said.
