Elmhurst Police Report Seven Arrests for DUI Over the Weekend

All arrests occurred in the overnight and early-morning hours.

Seven people were arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol between Friday and Sunday, Aug. 10-12, according to Elmhurst police reports.

Dawn Narducci, 51, 13230 Cedar Crest Lane, Huntley, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over her red Chevrolet Impala for failure to signal and no rear registration plate light at Lake and Walnut at 2:08 a.m. Aug. 10. She was released on bond.

Ivan Nosal, 21, 9100 Mason, Morton Grove, was arrested and charged with DUI after police responded to a suspicious auto at Third and York at 1:40 a.m. Aug. 11. He was released on I-bond.

Denise Rangel, 20, 9100 Tulley, Oak Lawn, was arrested and charged with zero tolerance DUI and consumption of alcohol by a minor after police pulled over her silver Chevrolet Impala for one headlight at Addison and North at 3:31 a.m. Aug. 11. She was released on I-bond.

Michael Pivoney, 47, 1S311 Valley, Lombard, was arrested and charged with DUI, obstructing, driving without insurance, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled over his tan Hyundai Sonata for no seat belt at Walnut and Armitage at 1:23 a.m. Aug. 12. Police said he refused to exit his vehicle when asked. He was released on bond.

Aaron Castro, 30, 315 Kimball Apt. 9, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI and attempting to elude an officer after police pulled over his white Cadillac Escalade for improper lane use at York and North at 2:01 a.m. Aug. 12. Police said Castro fled after police on bike patrol attempted to stop him. He also was charged with disobeying a traffic signal. He was released on bond.

Jorge Alba, 38, 123 N. 22nd Apt. 1, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with DUI after his Chrysler Cirrus struck a curb at York and Crestview at 4:49 a.m. Aug. 12. He was released on bond.

Miguel A. Plascencia, 23, 130 E. George St. Apt. 125, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his Volkswagon GTI for improper lane use and failure to signal at York and Park at 5:10 a.m. Aug. 12. He was released on bond.
